New database for Carlson GMAC real estate
Carlson GMAC real estate was in need of a new website where customers could easily search for and find homes. This initiative required a dynamic and comprehensive back-end system to drive it. The CS Group developed a database that collects information from several MLS systems, each with its own complexities. The result is a new database that organizes and updates automatically so information stays as current and up-to-date as possible.

Scaleable database for national GMAC real estate intranet
In an effort to enhance communications among its hundreds of nationwide offices, GMAC real estate needed an intranet site. There were three key requirements in developing the database that supported the intranet. It needed to: 1) work within the confines of their existing back-end systems 2) offer expandability for future use and 3) be user-friendly. The CS Group designed a database that houses information on brokers, agents, customers and more. Since this information rapidly changes, it is essential that it be quickly and easily updated. The new system has improved communication among the local offices and with GMAC headquarters. New applications are currently under consideration.
